We provide production services for bulb filament components for a well-known bulb manufacturing company. In the early production process, the installation of filaments was done manually, requiring 5 workers per shift, and product consistency could not be fully guaranteed. In order to meet customers' increasing order demand and strict requirements for product consistency, we introduced automated installation equipment and refined the mold structure. Through this innovation, the accuracy of filament installation has been improved, and the production speed has also increased by 50%. Costs have been reduced by 20%.
